Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
Empowering young people and marginalized communities with access, information, and leadership.
Why SRHR Matters
VIFFA is committed to ensuring every person, especially youth and marginalized communities, can access accurate and high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. Our SRHR programs address the most-at-risk populations and their children, helping to reduce inequalities and promote health rights.
Increasing Access and Quality of SRH Services
Access to quality SRH services is at the core of our mission. Working with partner organizations and governments, we create demand and ensure delivery of youth-friendly, affordable, and acceptable services.
HIV Testing, Counseling, and Treatment (HTC)

Referral and Counseling Services
By strengthening both supply and demand, we make sure young people and women of reproductive age get the support they need for healthier futures.
Information Empowers Young People
VIFFA delivers SRHR information directly to young people through schools, community programs, and digital platforms. We make content accessible via strategic channels such as social media, helping youth gain comprehensive and correct knowledge on SRHR and HIV.
Our focus:
Providing in-school and out-of-school Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE).
Equipping young people with knowledge to make informed decisions.
Promoting self-confidence in accessing services or seeking help.
Building Environments Where Young People Thrive
Improving health services alone isn’t enough—young people need supportive environments that enable them to realize their SRHR and human rights. VIFFA addresses the social, cultural, political, and economic factors that impact young people’s access to care.
Our approach includes:
Empowering Individuals: Educating girls, building assets, and creating safe spaces.
Healthy Relationships: Strengthening parental communication and peer support networks.
Engaging Communities: Working with men, boys, parents, and leaders to change harmful gender norms.
Transforming Societies: Advocating for policies and laws that protect youth and uphold human rights.
Youth at the Center of Change
VIFFA believes young people should not just be beneficiaries but leaders in SRHR. We structurally engage youth in decision-making, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Ensuring policies and programs reflect the voices of youth.
Empowering marginalized and underserved young people to take leadership roles.
Building youth confidence and leadership skills for long-term impact.
Youth participation ensures that programs remain relevant, impactful, and sustainable.
