Meet the Team

At Vibrant Futures Foundation Africa (VIFFA), our dedicated team drives programs, research, and advocacy across Africa, ensuring equity, inclusion, and opportunity reach every community.

Ipolito Mubiru

CEO and Founder

Ipolito is the Founder and Executive Director of the African Diversity & Inclusion Center (ADIC), now VIFFA. With extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives, he leads the organization’s strategic vision and programs across Africa.

Irene Nakasolya

Team Leader, Programming

Irene is a gender and human rights activist dedicated to removing barriers that inhibit women’s potential. She leads programming initiatives to ensure sustainable impact in gender equity and inclusion.

Arakat Kimera

Program Associate, HIV Programming

Arakat is a human rights educator, counsellor, and MEAL expert. He has received training in human rights awareness and promotion through Equitas Canada and specializes in HIV program implementation and advocacy.

V. Babirye

Administrator

Ms. Babirye is an intentional writer contributing her skills to research and development initiatives, supporting the organization’s administrative and knowledge management functions.
