Global Leader, Diversity and Inclusion at NielsenIQ

Funda serves as Global Leader of Diversity & Inclusion Programs at NielsenIQ. She oversees the company’s Employee Resource Groups and Inclusion Impact Teams globally, advancing inclusive workplaces and communities.

Viviana Premazzi

Founder & Director, Global Mindset Development (GMD Malta)

Viviana is the Founder of GMD Malta, Financial Education Specialist for The World Bank, Senior Lecturer in Cultural Intelligence at the University of Malta, and a consultant and trainer for the Institute for Education (IfE). Her expertise strengthens VIFFA’s cross-cultural and educational initiatives.

Duncan J. MacLachlan

DEI Consultant, Founder BeMoreU

With over 15 years of experience on advisory committees and boards in housing, health, and community wellness, Duncan brings deep expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting. He is the founder of BeMoreU, a consultancy advancing inclusive practices.

Maame Afon Yelbert

Founder/Lead Trainer, MILT | Recording Artiste

Maame Afon is an internationally recognized thought leader and advocate for women and girls. She is a coach, mentor, activist, and facilitator who has led programs with MILT, Opportunity Collaboration, and MasterCard Foundation’s Baobab Summit.

Michael served as Vice President of Human Resources, Global Technology Services at IBM Europe. With IBM’s pioneering role in global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Michael’s expertise adds strategic insight to VIFFA’s global agenda.

Dan Sobovitz

Digital adviser of the Vice President of the European Commission

Dan Sobovitz is a digital adviser of the Vice President of the European Commission, a Tech4Good evangelist, and a civil society activist in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Originally from West Bank, Dan had become a peace activist in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. After completing his studies in Israel, France, the US, and Germany he settled down in Europe, advising international organisations such as EU institutions, UN bodies, OECD, and others on their communication. In recent years he works mostly with the Vice President of the European Commission, as well as tech companies with a sustainable and social impact. As a young father to twins, Dan and his husband are prominent voices about gay rights and surrogacy in Europe and around the world. The family recently made Berlin their home again.
