Principal, Williambrown Consulting Solutions and Founding Director, Kanarys
Lindsay Williambrown is the U.S. and Canada based Founding Principal of Williambrown Consulting Solutions, CultureMAX, and a founding director of Kanarys, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity advancing platform for corporate and other large organizations. Her applied cultural anthropology career in consulting and internal roles spans over two decades with Fortune, Big 4, startups, and social impact clients globally, including innovative sustainment awards for comprehensive equity-building within even of the most traditional corporate settings. Lindsay’s intersectional human-centered design thinking as a Six Sigma Black Belt continuous improvement operations consultant, cultural anthropologist, and global certified change master embedding Inclusion-Diversity-Equity-Accessibility (IDEA) across functions, processes, industries, IT implementations, and global regions make her a thought and action leader in the IDEA arena. Lindsay’s work has led directly to corporate awards by Forbes and Diversity Inc., and her innovation, alignment, and blue ocean strategies have been recognized and achieved quick adoption by Fortune, top CEOs, and over thirty of the top lifestyle magazines in the United States. Lindsay received her Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Product & Market Development from Pennsylvania State University in 2011, and Bachelor of Arts with honors in Latin American Studies and Gender Studies from Austin College in 2002. She has also been a social science research fellow at the University of Kansas and holds an additional operations degree. Lindsay has designed for 37 countries so far, has performed field work in 12 of them, and is proud to integrate equitable access for neurodiversity and physical differences, into her designs. She is the proud driver of a wheelchair.
